Minister of Housing Majid Al-Hokail revealed that the ministry is working on preparing a number of related programs regarding the management of facilities and complexes management. The inaugural conference on facilities management, organized by the Middle East Association for Facilities Management, was held in Riyadh on November 23-24, 2016 at the Rafal Kempinski Hotel.
